Our Sleep Support is melatonin-free. It's built on magnolia bark (98% honokiol), L-theanine, lemon balm, California poppy, and Aquamin® marine magnesium — a botanical and mineral approach rather than a hormone-based one.

A proprietary blend is a combination of ingredients listed together on the Supplement Facts label. We identify every ingredient in the blend and disclose its total weight per serving, while keeping individual ingredient amounts confidential to protect our proprietary formula, developed exclusively for Earth & Eve.

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. Our products are also tested for all heavy metals and adhere to the industry standards and government regulations of acceptable levels of elements in the ingredients. All our products are designed and manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility. Our products contain natural ingredients that are non-GMO and made following rigorous quality controls.

Yes. Ascorbyl Palmitate (a fat-soluble form of Vitamin C used as an antioxidant) is Non-GMO in every Earth & Eve formula — it is not sourced from GMO corn. If you have questions about the sourcing of a specific ingredient, contact us and we're happy to share more detail.

Both formulas are formulated without gluten, and are vegan-friendly (plant-based D3 from phytosterols, no animal-derived calcium). Check the full ingredient list on each product page for any personal sensitivities.

Aquamin® is a marine multi-mineral complex derived from red algae — a marine plant, not shellfish, so it's shellfish-free. It's studied for bone health and forms the mineral foundation of both our Multivitamin and Sleep Support formulas.

2 capsules in the morning with food and 2 capsules in the evening with food.

The 24-Hour System bundle is purchased directly through our site. Those orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

On Amazon, shipping follows Amazon's own thresholds and Prime benefits. On our site, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $45, including the 24-Hour System bundle.

If you purchased the 24-Hour System bundle directly through our site, contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for a full refund on your first order.

Once your return is received:

• Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
