For too long, women have been expected to navigate perimenopause by piecing together products and figuring it out on their own. I wanted to create a simpler, more thoughtful way forward—one designed around the whole woman, not one symptom at a time. That vision became Earth & Eve: a woman-founded and woman-owned wellness brand guided by three clear standards: Clean. Purposeful. Premium.
Our Story
I started Earth & Eve after watching the women closest to me—friends, family members, and coworkers—who were navigating the same frustrating experience, perimenopause. They were piecing together five or six supplements, trying to understand unfamiliar ingredients, and hoping they were giving their bodies what they truly needed. The routine was expensive, complicated, and exhausting.
I kept coming back to one important question: Why wasn’t there a high-quality wellness system created specifically for perimenopause—a thoughtful foundation instead of a cabinet full of guesswork?
That question became a mission. That mission became Earth & Eve — support for the woman you are becoming.
Why We Exist
Perimenopause can affect many parts of daily life, yet women are often left to navigate it with generic multivitamins or a collection of single-purpose products. I believed there was a better way.
